This unit is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Institute’s plans and budgets. It oversees the preparation of budget speeches and annual economic reports, conducts self-assessments and service delivery surveys, and compiles periodic performance assessment reports. Additionally, the unit ensures alignment of the institute’s plans and budgets with the Government's budgeting processes.
